Margaret Carey

A very special presentation was made to Margaret (Peggy) Carey in appreciation of her many years continuous service in the Cathedral Choir, where she is the longest serving member. We would also like to thank Peggy for all her efforts over the years for the Cathedral and Parish. Peggy produces the Weekly News Letter, she continues to work with the Friends of the Cathedral and played a very active role in the Cathedral restoration project. Her thoughtfulness and kindness to others is well know and very much appreciated by her many friends in Ireland and around the world. A further presentation of the Loyalty Service Medal issued through the Royal School of Church Music was made to Peggy on the 24th of June on behalf of the choir by Mr.Trevor Selby, Organist and Master of the Choristers.
